Grow your career, and back it up with data
Most performance tools are built for managers to fill out about you. WorkSpark starts with you: a running record of what you accomplish, insight into how your work lines up with your role, and self-reviews grounded in real evidence.
Every accomplishment, logged in seconds and never lost
Add an entry the moment something happens: what did you accomplish, nothing else required. Title and category can be filled in automatically by AI, so logging stays fast.
Each entry lands in your own running list, so by review time you have a real record of the whole period instead of a blank page and six months to remember.
An AI co-pilot that helps you say it well
Before you save an entry, an assistant can read your draft and tell you what is missing: where to add a number, where a claim needs more specifics. A rough note turns into something a reviewer can actually use.
Growth, not just grading
Once you have logged a handful of entries, WorkSpark surfaces the patterns: recurring themes, strengths that show up again and again, and gaps worth attention, mapped against your role.
It is the same record your manager sees at review time, but you get to look at it first, for your own development.
What were your significant accomplishments?
Self-reviews built from your own record, not a blank page
When a review cycle opens, the accomplishments you logged during the period are already sitting inside your self-review. No empty text box, no six months to remember the night before it's due.
Get AI quality feedback on your writing before you submit, so what you turn in is specific and well-evidenced, while staying entirely in your own words.
Named strengths and growth areas, not just a rating
Every review, self and manager, includes up to three strength competencies and up to three growth competencies, chosen from the same framework your organization uses every cycle. A rating alone doesn't tell you what to keep doing; named competencies do.
Because the framework is the same every cycle, you can see a competency show up as a strength one review and a growth area the next, a real signal of how you're developing.
Which competencies contribute most to their success?
I know what is expected of me at work
Your voice, kept confidential
Engagement surveys run on a fixed set of 16 questions, so your answers build into a trend. There is no view, for your manager or anyone else, that shows which response is yours.
Reporting holds a segment's results until it has at least three people in it, counted by who was invited, not who replied, so a small team cannot be narrowed down to you. It is a floor, not a guarantee of anonymity in every situation.
Frequently asked questions
Can my manager see my self-review before I've submitted it?
No. While you're writing, only you can see it. Once you mark your self-review ready, it moves into your manager's review workflow so they can write their own evaluation informed by yours. They don't see work in progress, only what you actually submit.
Is my engagement survey response really anonymous?
Yes. There's no view anywhere in WorkSpark, not for your manager, not for People Ops, that shows which response belongs to which person. Only aggregated statistics and anonymized comments are ever shown, and a segment shows results once it has at least three people in it, counted by who was invited, not who replied.
How much time does logging an accomplishment actually take?
Under a minute for most entries. The form has one required field: what did you accomplish. Title and category are optional and can be filled in automatically by AI, so you only have to write the part that actually matters.
Will this actually help me get promoted?
It gives you, and whoever's deciding, something concrete to point to. Accomplishments you log feed directly into your self-review and your manager's review, so promotion conversations are based on a record of what you did across the whole period, not whatever anyone remembers from the last few weeks.
Do I need to install anything or learn a new tool?
No, the web form is all you need. If you'd rather log accomplishments from the terminal or through an AI coding agent like Claude or Codex, there's an optional ws CLI for that too, but it's never required.
