Surface engagement signals before they become problems
Workspark's survey system runs on a fixed cadence with 15 research-backed questions across 6 workplace dimensions. The same questions every cycle means you can track trends over time, grounding management conversations in evidence and giving your team a genuine channel to be heard.

6 dimensions, 15 questions, every cycle
The same questions every time. That's the point. Comparable data across cycles transforms individual data points into meaningful trends.

Confidentiality by design, not by policy
Honest feedback requires structural protection. Workspark's confidentiality isn't a toggle or a promise. It's built into the architecture.
No individual response visibility
No one can see which person gave which response. Only aggregated statistics and anonymized comments are ever displayed.
5-response minimum threshold
Metrics are hidden for any segment with fewer than 5 submitted responses. This is enforced per filtered segment, not just overall.
Anonymous comments
Comments are shown without any respondent identification. No names, no team attribution, no manager labels.

Set the cadence, let it run
Configure your survey schedule once (period, duration, and automation toggle) and surveys launch automatically. The system handles the rest.
Configurable cadence
Run surveys monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or at any interval up to 12 months.
Automated reminders
Email reminders at halfway, two-thirds, and on the final day to non-submitted respondents.
One at a time
Only one survey can be open per organization. Prevents survey fatigue.
Point-in-time snapshot
At launch, each respondent's manager, unit, and job profile are frozen for accurate reporting.
Trends that tell the real story
Individual survey results are useful. Trends across cycles are where the real insight lives. Because every survey uses the same 15 questions, you can track engagement over time and act on signals while there's still time to make a difference.
Three tiers of reporting
People ops sees everything. Managers see their reporting line. Employees see their own response history and trends.
Slice by any dimension
Filter reports by survey cycle, question theme, org unit, job group, role, level, grade, or manager.
Metrics that matter
Average rating, positive rate (% of 4-5 scores), submission rates, comment counts, and percentile distributions.
Frequently asked questions
- Why are the questions fixed? Can I customize them?
- The 15 questions are fixed by design. The same questions across every survey cycle enable trend detection. A drop in role clarity or manager support across three quarters becomes a clear, actionable signal. Custom questions would make longitudinal comparison impossible.
- Are survey responses truly anonymous?
- Yes. No one can see which individual gave which response, including managers and people ops. Only aggregated statistics and anonymized comments are displayed. A minimum of 5 responses is required before any segment shows metrics.
- How often should we run surveys?
- You configure the cadence: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually (1-12 months). Many teams run quarterly to balance regular feedback with survey fatigue. Only one survey can be open at a time to prevent overload.
- Can surveys run automatically?
- Yes. Enable automated scheduling and surveys launch on your configured cadence. The system also sends automated reminders to non-submitted respondents at the halfway point, two-thirds through, and on the final day.
- What reporting do managers get?
- Managers see survey summaries, aggregate reports, trend charts, and anonymized comments scoped to their reporting line. People ops sees the same reports across the entire organization, with filtering by unit, job level, manager, and more.
