How quickly can we get started with Workspark?
You can start using Workspark immediately after signing up. The review process is pre-built and ready to go. Invite your team and launch your first cycle the same day.
Can I customize the performance review questions?
Workspark is intentionally opinionated. The review structure (accomplishments, strengths, growth areas, and three rating dimensions) is built in and based on best practices. You can configure the review cycle schedule and whether upward and peer reviews are created automatically, but the core structure, competencies, questions, and rating dimensions are fixed. This means you get a consistent, high-quality process without needing to design one from scratch.
What happens after the 60-day free trial?
After your trial, you'll move to the standard monthly plan. You can cancel anytime with no long-term commitments.
How does the accomplishment tracking work?
Team members log achievements as they happen by answering a single question: "What did you accomplish today?" An AI co-pilot provides optional feedback on entry quality. At review time, those accomplishments are automatically surfaced in the review editor for both employees and managers.
Is Workspark suitable for remote teams?
Absolutely. Workspark is built for modern teams and works whether your people are remote, hybrid, or in-office.
Do you integrate with other HR tools?
Workspark includes SSO with Google and Microsoft, and we support BambooHR for syncing your team data. As part of onboarding, we will also investigate whether we can integrate with your existing HRIS.
What kind of support do you provide?
All plans include email support and onboarding assistance. We aim to respond within 24 hours and genuinely want to help you get the most out of performance management.
Can managers see their team's accomplishments?
Yes. Managers have visibility into their direct reports' accomplishments, making it straightforward to write fair, evidence-based performance reviews.
Is there a minimum team size requirement?
No minimum. Whether you have 5 people or 500, you pay only for active seats at $4 per person per month.
